Dana

Dana grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas.  Dana's greatest influence in her life was her godly mother's testimony.  Dana had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home where it was not unusual to have pastors, evangelists, and missionaries over for lunch on Sundays.  Surrounded by godly influences, she came to know the Lord at age 14.  Missions was always a part of Dana's life, so it was no surprise when she enrolled in Arlington Baptist College in 1977.  Two years later, she met her future husband, Mark.  She and Mark were married in 1980.  They left the college for a period of six years but returned in 1987 with two small children in tow.  Dana and Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990.  Amid many trials, they have stayed faithful serving the Lord in São Paulo, Brazil.  
Dana's life verse: "Fear thou not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God.  I will strengthen thee, yea I will help thee, yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."  Isaiah 41:10
